All custom and made-to-order products require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. Deposits are used immediately for custom parts procurement, design work, and labor specific to the customer’s order. Because custom products are built to customer specifications and are not resalable, deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has begun.
Payment may be made as a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due prior to shipment, full payment at time of order, or by mutually agreed installment arrangements. Products will not ship until payment is completed.
All stated wait times and completion dates are estimates only and are subject to change due to component availability, design revisions, workload, or unforeseen circumstances. Estimates do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Any changes requested after work has begun may result in additional cost and extended timelines and may render completion impractical.
The builder reserves the right to terminate a custom order if communication becomes abusive, coercive, or conducted in bad faith, or if acceptance standards become unreasonable or impossible to meet. In such cases, deposits remain non-refundable to cover parts, labor, and design costs incurred.
Refunds are not available once parts have been ordered or work has begun. At the builder’s discretion, unused portions of a deposit may be offered as store credit toward standard catalog items only.
